EWoW Diagnostic

Before any intervention is designed, the organisation is understood.

A structured assessment of how your organisation currently operates: what is working, what is not, where the friction is, and what the friction is costing you. The diagnostic is conducted before any recommendation is made. If EWoW is not the right fit, we will tell you.
